As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to provide exceptional service to our customers by answering questions and finding solutions to problems related to our products and services.
You will make an impact on a daily basis by supporting our diverse clients and partners in the restaurant industry.
As part of the support team, you will contribute directly to the growth of RusHour :
You will provide exceptional assistance and support to our restaurant partners from the onboarding of new customers to the use of our tools.
You handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every customer.
You will participate in the documentation of our internal processes in order to facilitate the onboarding process of our customers.
You participate in the sale of products or services that could better meet the needs of customers.
You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy understanding your customers' data and respect internal processes.
You know how to adapt quickly to your environment and are a force of proposal.
You have excellent verbal and written skills.
You are looking for a formative opportunity and are highly motivated to exceed your goals without fear of failure.
