The restaurant

Pokawa is a chain of restaurants offering pokés, a traditional Hawaiian dish made of marinated raw fish, rice, vegetables and seasonings. Founded in 2017 by Samuel Carré and Maxime Buhler, Pokawa has rapidly expanded in France and around the world.

Their concept focuses on fresh, healthy ingredients and a happy, positive atmosphere inspired by Hawaiian culture. "We created Pokawa to share our love for pokies and our passion for Hawaiian culture. We believe that eating healthy can be delicious and fun, and we want to provide our customers with an experience that transports them straight to a white sand beach in Hawaii."

The situation

The delivery screens allow the deliverers to see the status of their order, whether it is in preparation or ready, which avoids delays and customer dissatisfaction. In addition, RusHour's Business Manager tool has allowed Pokawa to analyze its sales data and better understand its customers' preferences, which has helped improve the quality of its offerings.

Today, Pokawa is one of the most prominent players in the fast food market in Nantes, thanks in part to the successful collaboration with RusHour. The operational challenges the company faced when it first opened were overcome with the help of technology, and the quality of the customer experience has improved significantly.
