Definitions
The term "Partner" refers to third-party food delivery operators that offer consumers a digital platform to order food from restaurants and a platform for restaurants to accept online orders.
-Platform" means the user platform of RusHour.
1. Terms of use
By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to be responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Platform. The materials contained on this website (https://rushour.io) and the Platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
2. License to use
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RusHour SAS's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license and not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

By registering for the RusHour service and accessing the RusHour Platform, you agree to give RusHour access to your incoming online orders and data of previous online orders executed by your Partners. RusHour may use this data only to provide the services on the RusHour Platform, including:
- Online order transfer to your POS system for easier management
- Provide analysis and other data management tools
No personally identifying information will be shared with third parties.
