Costanza is a dark kitchen located in Marseille, offering authentic and quality Italian cuisine on delivery. Founded by Italian Delivery in 2021, the family-run establishment features market-fresh products and a warm atmosphere to offer a unique dining experience. The situation

Since Costanza opened in 2021, the dark kitchen has seen a significant evolution in its order management and delivery drivers thanks to the collaboration with RusHour. Before using RusHour, Costanza was facing many issues, including managing its different menus on delivery platforms, managing its delivery drivers in the restaurant...

"We were overwhelmed and out of our depth managing all the orders from different media, it was taking up a lot of our time and energy," said Costanza's owner.

A delivery application allows them to track orders and optimize delivery routes.
