The restaurant

Foudie is a dark kitchen with 12 concepts created in Toulouse in 2020, offering quality cosmopolitan cuisine based on revisited street food recipes. Each brand has its own specialty: Yalla for kebabs, Douiche for sandwiches, Mami Umami for Japanese dishes, Smashd for burgers...

The situation

Prior to working with RusHour, Foudie was facing significant challenges, including managing multiple delivery platforms, with multiple tablets for each brand. With 12 different concepts, it was becoming unmanageable and time consuming to manage multiple brands with different shelves. This led to order errors, wasted time and frustration for delivery staff. In addition, managing the financial data for each brand was also a challenge, as the information had to be collected and consolidated manually, which was very time consuming.

The solution

By centralizing orders from all delivery platforms on one tablet and one printer, RusHour allowed Foudie to better manage orders, avoid errors, and minimize waiting times for customers.

RusHour's Business Manager allowed Foudie to closely monitor its business performance, providing an overview of sales and orders placed through all delivery platforms. With this centralized and easily accessible data, Foudie was able to make informed decisions to optimize its menu, adapt its offering to market trends, and improve its customer service in real time. Ultimately, this allowed Foudie to better understand its customers' preferences, increase sales and build customer loyalty.

Foudie now has 4 outlets, each operating several virtual brands. "We were able to significantly expand our offer and reach a wider audience thanks to our collaboration with RusHour," added the founder of Foudie.
