Also think about all the people who have cut out one or more foods from their diet. Whether it's due to diet, allergies or preferences, they should be able to customise their menu by replacing one item with another.
Visuals are very important for restaurants, especially when their customers are hungry! It is therefore essential that your menus are well illustrated. Your customers expect these pictures to make their choice.
