The restaurant

Soum Soum is a restaurant that reinvents Tel Aviv's "street food" by recreating the festive atmosphere of the city's bustling streets. Founded in 2017 by Nathan and Remy, it offers a unique dining experience with a menu rich in flavor. " We want customers to feel like they are in Tel Aviv, right in the heart of Paris," says Nathan. The restaurant offers a friendly and warm atmosphere to share a gourmet moment with friends or family. With over 25k followers on Instagram, Soum Soum has become a must-visit place to discover Levantine cuisine in Paris.

The situation

The Parisian restaurant faced many challenges to maintain its growth and profitability. First, it needed to increase its sales to remain competitive in an ever-changing market. "It was imperative to increase our sales to stay competitive in our neighborhood," Nathan explains.

In addition, integrating the 123 Cacher niche platform to reach a broader audience was necessary but complex. Finally, integrating Clyostem checkout and launching virtual brands to leverage its existing products were also obstacles to overcome.

The solution
