The situation
Mezzencore's takeout and delivery offering had been so popular that it had caused many problems.
Mezzencore was struggling to manage the large volume of deliveries it was receiving each day. With several virtual brands under its name, the number of deliveries kept increasing and the pressure on the counter became too great. Delivery people were coming in and out, creating constant confusion with customers eating in. "We had so many delivery people waiting at the counter that it became chaotic," said Bassel, one of the restaurant owners.
There was also a lack of clarity in the division of orders, between take-out and delivery.
In addition, because Mezzencore had multiple outlets, analyzing the data from each outlet was very time consuming. The error and refund rate was high, which affected the company's profitability and customer satisfaction.
The solution
The Zebib cousins heard about RusHour and decided to try it.
