The restaurant

Pokawa is a chain of restaurants offering pokés, a traditional Hawaiian dish made of marinated raw fish, rice, vegetables and seasonings. Founded in 2017 by Samuel Carré and Maxime Buhler, Pokawa has rapidly expanded in France and around the world.

Their concept focuses on fresh, healthy ingredients and a happy, positive atmosphere inspired by Hawaiian culture. "We created Pokawa to share our love for pokies and our passion for Hawaiian culture. We believe that eating healthy can be delicious and fun, and we want to provide our customers with an experience that transports them straight to a white sand beach in Hawaii."
