How RusHour helped Costanza manage its orders and deliverers to improve its business

Now that you have started delivering meals to your home, you need to find THE menu that will hit the spot every time (or almost every time) and win you many customers. There is so much on offer in meal delivery that it is difficult for customers to find their way around. One could compare this situation to the too many films and series that are offered to us on TV, but also on the various viewing platforms. How to choose? In order to avoid being drowned in the flood of restaurants present on delivery applications, you need to distinguish yourself from your competitors. To do this, ask yourself a few questions: how do you get customers to choose your menu over another? How can you ensure that customers who choose you don't regret their decision?
Your menu should be immediately readable. To make it easier for your future customers, organise it into several food categories: starters, main courses, desserts, drinks, etc. It is a good practice to highlight the best-selling dishes in a special section. If you offer dishes for children, vegetarians, vegans, etc., display the menus in separate boxes. Do you want professional advice? Offer a "ready-made" menu (dish, drink, dessert) at an attractive price. This could clearly boost your sales!
Indeed, it would be a pity if, after choosing your menu, your customer discovered that you had insufficient stock to meet their demand! Remove from your offer the dishes that you cannot provide. It is better to offer fewer dishes, but for them to be a real success, than to offer a multitude of foods that will not be suitable for consumption at home. Also, look at your menus to see if there are any elements that you can offer according to the seasons: treats for Halloween or generous dishes in winter, for example. Don't hesitate, for example, to create a "Holiday brunch items" category, by adapting your menu to the season, you will differentiate yourself from your competitors.
To increase your customers' average basket, you can give them tips or suggest extra products. For your loyal customers, you can for example offer their usual menu via a quick access. For new customers, you can suggest a "frequently ordered together" category. This way they get a complete menu and you increase your average order volume. Also think about all the people who have cut out one or more foods from their diet. Whether it's due to diet, allergies or preferences, they should be able to customise their menu by replacing one item with another.
Visuals are very important for restaurants, especially when their customers are hungry! It is therefore essential that your menus are well illustrated. Your customers expect these pictures to make their choice.
Here are some tips on how to take good pictures:
