Tacos Avenue is a fast food franchise specialized in tacos. Founded in 2007, it now has more than 25 outlets in France and abroad. The franchise is distinguished by a wide range of original and tasty tacos, as well as a fast and efficient ordering system to satisfy customers in a hurry.

The situation

Before adopting RusHour, the Tacos Avenue franchise in Clermont-Ferrand was facing several major problems that made the management of their restaurant more complicated. Solène, the owner of a Tacos Avenue franchise, testified to these difficulties, saying: "We had problems managing our customers' orders.
